I woke up early today and opened my Bible to get a Word from the Lord to start my day. My Bible opened to Mark, Chapter 9:33-37 . The disciples are disputing among themselves over who "would be the greatest". Jesus says to them,
"If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all." Then He took a little child and set him in the midst of them. And when He had taken him in His arms, He said to them,
"Whoever receives one of these little children in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me, receives not Me but Him who sent Me."What an amazing word from God to start a very special day! Today is the day we received Shu Shu, our "gift from God" into our lives forever!
Happy "Gotcha Day"
Anna Marie "Shu Shu" Harp

It's hard to believe it has already been 3 years since we first held Shu Shu in our arms! This morning I told her today was a very special day . . . . . it was the anniversary of the day I became her Mommy forever, when she lived in China. She smiled and said "I'm so happy God made you my Mommy!" then kissed me on my cheek! I had tears in my eyes all day just thinking about what she said so innocently. Then I told her we could do something special today and would she like to go to Memphis Kiddie Park . . . . . she said "No Thanks" . . . . I would just like to watch Yo Gabba Gabba! Do you want to watch it with me? How could I say No! . . . . . so Jie Jie and I watched Yo Gabba Gabba with Shu Shu . . . the episode was all about germs! That really is a very educational show!

We are so blessed to have you for our daughter "Forever"!
